1. Services
iVision Studios provides software development, AI integration, automation, and related technology services as agreed upon in individual project contracts or statements of work.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, client receives ownership of all custom deliverables created specifically for them. iVision Studios retains rights to tools, frameworks, and methodologies developed independently.
3. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
iVision Studios' liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which iVision Studios is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
